Visuals are at the heart of ChicStyle Blog. Whether it’s an outfit photo, a hairstyle reference, a nail inspiration board, or a beauty close-up — images bring style stories to life. I always aim to use visuals responsibly, ethically, and with respect for the creators behind them. This Image Credits & Sources Policy explains how images are used on chicstyleblog.com, what belongs to me, and how third-party images are handled.
1. Original Photography and Imagery
Many of the images on ChicStyle Blog are my own — photographed, styled, and edited by me. Some images may be enhanced or refined using photo editing software and AI tools to improve quality, lighting, or composition. All original images belong to ChicStyle Blog.
You’re welcome to share these images on Pinterest or social media, as long as proper credit is given and a clear link to chicstyleblog.com is included.
2. Stock Images and Licensed Content
I sometimes use licensed stock photography from reputable platforms that allow commercial use. These images are used in full compliance with their license agreements. While many stock platforms don’t require attribution, I aim to credit the source whenever appropriate and possible.
3. Third-Party Images
Occasionally, I feature images from brands, designers, or fellow creators to highlight specific trends, products, or inspiration sources. In these cases, I always give credit to the rightful owner — either inside the post, in a caption, or with a clear backlink.
If you’re a content owner and believe one of your images has been used on ChicStyle Blog incorrectly, without permission, or without proper credit, please email me at zoey@chicstyleblog.com and I will update, credit, or remove the image promptly. Respecting creators is non-negotiable to me.
4. AI-Generated and Edited Images
Some images on the blog may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools or photo editing software. Where AI-generated visuals are used to illustrate a concept, mood, or aesthetic, this is always done in a way that doesn’t misrepresent real products or people.
5. Pinterest and Shared Content
ChicStyle Blog actively uses Pinterest to share style inspiration. While I save and pin content from other creators to my boards, I do not claim ownership of any third-party images saved that way. The original pins I create from my own blog content belong to ChicStyle Blog and link directly back to the website.
For more details, please see the Pinterest Disclaimer.
6. Respect for Copyrights
I respect the time, talent, and effort of every photographer, brand, and creator — and I expect the same respect for my own original work. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, editing, or commercial use of my original imagery is not permitted.
If you’d like to use one of my images for media features, articles, collaborations, or any other purpose, please contact me directly at collaboration@chicstyleblog.com to request permission.
7. Updates to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the blog grows, tools evolve, or new partnerships are added. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
